Privacy Policy

Apna Haat helps small businesses run their shop online — catalog, orders, bookings and customer chat. This page explains what we collect and how we use it. What we collect · हम क्या इकट्ठा करते हैं

• Sign-in details: when you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive your name and email address (or a Facebook account identifier if no email is set). We never see your password.
• Contact details: your WhatsApp/phone number if you share it, used to run your business line and to sign you in.
• Business data: your shop name, catalog, prices, orders, bookings and customer conversations — stored only to run your business on the platform.

The Saathi Android app · Saathi ऐप

The Saathi seller app (com.apnahaat.saathi) asks for these device permissions, each only when you use the feature: (Saathi ऐप ये अनुमतियाँ सिर्फ़ तब माँगता है जब आप वह सुविधा इस्तेमाल करें:)

• Microphone — to let you speak orders, stock and replies instead of typing. Audio is converted to text for that action and not kept. (माइक — बोलकर ऑर्डर/स्टॉक/जवाब लिखने के लिए; आवाज़ सेव नहीं होती।)
• Camera — to photograph products and scan barcodes for your catalog. (कैमरा — सामान की फ़ोटो और बारकोड के लिए।)
• Location — to place your shop on the map so nearby customers can find it. Only when you set your shop location. (लोकेशन — दुकान को नक़्शे पर दिखाने के लिए, सिर्फ़ जब आप सेट करें।)
• Notifications — to alert you (with a spoken announcement) when a customer orders, pays or messages. (नोटिफ़िकेशन — नया ऑर्डर/पेमेंट/संदेश बोलकर बताने के लिए।)

The app does not read your contacts, SMS, call logs or files, and collects no advertising identifiers. Data it sends is the same business data described above, over encrypted connections.

How we use it · इस्तेमाल कैसे होता है

• To create and operate your account and your shop.
• To deliver messages between you and your customers (WhatsApp, web chat, Messenger, phone).
• To send you service updates about your own shop (orders, payments, reminders).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, messaging and payment rails), and only to provide the service. (हम आपका डेटा नहीं बेचते। केवल सेवा चलाने के लिए ज़रूरी साझेदारों के साथ साझा होता है।)

Delete your data · अपना डेटा हटाएँ

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email noreply@appsmicro.com from your registered address (or message us from your registered WhatsApp number) with the word DELETE and your shop name. We remove your account, catalog, orders and conversations within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. (अपने रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल या WhatsApp से “DELETE” और दुकान का नाम भेजें — 30 दिनों में सब हटा दिया जाएगा।)
