Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of Apna Haat, a service of AppsMicro ("we", "us"). By creating a shop page or ordering from one, you agree to them.

1. The service

Apna Haat lets a business owner create a public page with a catalog, prices, bookings and an order book, and lets customers place orders or bookings with that business. We provide the software; the business provides the goods and services.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create a shop. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish (names, photos, prices, availability) and for keeping your sign-in (Google, Facebook or phone) secure. One WhatsApp number runs one shop.

3. Fees

Creating and running a shop page is free for small businesses during launch. We charge no commission on sales paid directly to the shop's UPI. Any paid features are shown with their price before you buy them.

4. Orders and payments

An order is a request until the shop accepts it. Payment terms, delivery and cancellation are set by the shop and shown on its page. See the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal goods, counterfeit products, misleading claims, spam or harassment. We may suspend or remove pages that break these rules or the law.

6. Content and data

You keep ownership of your photos and text and grant us a licence to display them on your page and in Apna Haat listings. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, AppsMicro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of shops or customers using the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the place of business of AppsMicro. Grievances: see the Legal & Grievance page.
